Livemax Resort Atami Sea Front - Atami (Shizuoka)

The hotel is located near the seaside and offers an excellent location for watching fireworks. the proximity to the JR station, less than 10 minutes by taxi, is a plus. the hotel has a rooftop swimming pool where kids can enjoy swimming even in winter, like a hot spring.

The quality of the dinner and breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was mediocre. In some instances, the state of cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, as there were hairs on the bathroom floor, in drawers and other parts of the room.

The hotel has a beautiful location near the seaside, making it an excellent spot for watching fireworks and enjoying the beach. the onsen is clean and nice, offering a relaxing experience. Rooms with great views of the ocean are available, and the breakfast is amazing.

The hotel lacks cleanliness in some areas.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning view from my room! The balcony offered a perfect viewpoint for an amazing Fireworks Show right in front of me. the breakfast was impressive, offering a good variety of food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One more thing I enjoyed was the private onsen bath. It was a joy to take a soothing bath while regulating the temperature to my liking.

There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom, and there was a bad smell coming from the “tatami” floor mat area. the room had a very loud and constant noise, which made it difficult to sleep.

Spacious room with excellent amenities. Great location for fireworks and seaside enjoyment. Short taxi ride from JR station. Kids loved the rooftop swimming pool. Warm water for swimming even in winter. Good breakfast with variety of amenities. Regulatable temperature in private onsen bath. Helpful staff during breakfast service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were great. The location near the seaside was perfect, and I could easily walk to nearby transportation. The staff was so helpful and made my stay even better. the breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed trying out different DHC amenities.

The location was perfect, allowing me to fully enjoy the fireworks show happening right in front of me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that provided a perfect view. I especially loved the outdoor bath, which was spacious enough for up to three people. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering breathtaking views of the beach and even Atami castle. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially during breakfast service where they went above and beyond to assist me and my little one. I can't wait to come back!
